Start your New Year’s Eve with a decadent feast at San Laurel. Our celebration Tasting Menu starts off with lighter fare of smoked oysters and small bites, then moves into a delectable first course of seasonal dishes. The highlights of the night are the Mediterranean Lubina fish grilled over binchotan with a saffron mussel sauce and caviar, and Porcini Crusted American Wagyu served alongside glacéd turnips, smashed potatoes and a truffle jus.
